I’ve known this girl for several years now, and lately, she’s discovered that I like empanadas. She made some for me 3 weeks ago, then told me she’d make me more, which is what she did a couple days ago. I went to her house to pick them up, and she told me “I’ll bring you more on Tuesday…for Valentines Day”.
For backstory, she’s asked me out to do things with her before such as going to the movies, going to the park, going out to eat with her and her oldest son, going to the fair, and I’d usually agree to do these things with her, only for her to back out at the last minute. I’ve asked her out myself a few times as well, but we just never end up doing what ever it is we wanna do together. I mean, she knows I like her. I’ve point blank told her on a couple occasions in the past that I wanna take her out.
Anyways, I wanna know if this Valentine’s Day offering could possibly mean something more on her end. This is the third time she’s offered to make empanadas for me within 3 weeks, and now she wants to do it for Valentine’s Day. I’m not crazy for thinking this could mean more, right?

You're not crazy. I don't know this specific woman but I wouldn't cook for just anyone. It takes time and real effort because you want to please the other person.
If you want to know for sure, ask her out. That way you force her to give you a clear yes or no.
I do plan on doing something, but I just wanna know what other people thought of this situation. Like, do you think I’m crazy for thinking it’s her way of letting me know she wants something serious with me?
