Did you have a good Valentine's day, how did you celebrate it?

My husband and I went out during the weekend instead of the actual holiday. We weren’t sure if I was going to be able to get the night off of work so we did it early.
We went to eat at a really good Japanese restaurant.
and then the next day we did molly lol. We never done it before so we split one pill just to see how it was. His half was bigger than mine so he definitely felt it more than I did. Im excited for us to do it again cause we’ll take a pill each next time. I definitely felt nice but it was basically a micro dose. I want to experience a true molly trip

We did save our gifts for the actual day tho. I got him a gold chain necklace and bracelet. And some weed.
he wrote me a handwritten letter which was really sweet. He’s also gonna be taking me on a little weekend trip sometime. I don’t know what he’s planning though, it’s a surprise

Kinda smart. My parents never go out on Valentine's day, because the wait is always ridiculous.

It was nice. Hotel with Mrs. Snow the night before, fun time yesterday morning, and then dinner with Mrs. Snow, our oldest, and his girlfriend last night. Boy number 2 took his girlfriend out for a lobster dinner at sunset overlooking the river. Youngest snowflake got Godiva caramel hearts in her lunch box for school. It was a good day.

My valentines was a little meh...

It started off with me being late.

Then my attempt at kindness was perhaps a little over the top, I brought in a box of celebrations to share.

I came home and cuddled with my puppy, then mum cooked me dinner that i couldn't finish and although I asked for cheesecake she bought a melt in the middle pudding which I wasn't happy with at all.

The guy I've been seeing he sang me parts of 2 different songs terribly over voice note.

But after I asked him if cupid sent him anything he brushed off valentines day!
. "it's just a regular Tuesday night guys don't make a big deal out of it!

He clearly didn't realise he was being insensitive to me. And I have clearly gotten his address wrong so infacthe didn't get my secret admirer valentines day card.

Oh well!

Update he did get my card but late.
I unfortunately went into the post office and there's a guy there that fancies me. He told my mum.. He's not my type anyways, my feeling is he delayed posting the card. Because it took 2 weeks to arrive.

I got a good tip from @exitseven on where there's good candy and ordered a sampler, sent her flowers, a card, and we booked a trip to get away.

I'm giving her a break to bask in the joy of that, but valentines is an ongoing holiday...

Champagne off my deck (was a blizzard outside in NS so was not out for long). A home cooked steal dinner for my girl and I to enjoy. And lots of sex and intimacy throughout the night.
