Some would actually want to get rid of the religious fundies once the job is done, and have us worship them as gods instead. In the rest of the world it can be a bit different, one of the french billionaires wants to have a mega city for the smart survivors & wealthy, where he's the CEO dictator, everything is designed and made by his company, the whole hierarchy of the city is like a company, women are obliged to do an escort military like service for him and his high ups or they die, and at 27 are free to join the company to work and become people.
