I were a thanatophobia patient before, thanatophobia is a mental illness in which a person fear from even he think or lessen something about death but now i am feeling like i am recovering from it. I want to ask you is it normal for a person to have a upset fear whenever he think about death?

Call it endurance, stamina, durability or constitution or all of the above how well can you take pain and still keep your bearings before you have to bow out or need a rest? And also if you have to rest how quickly do you tend to recover from it?

Could be physical pain such as surviving a punch, mental pain like headaches, or internal pain like recovering from illness or disease quickly. also after exercising or working out you can recover very quickly (shuddering when i think of leg day ughhh).
