I were a thanatophobia patient before, thanatophobia is a mental illness in which a person fear from even he think or lessen something about death but now i am feeling like i am recovering from it. I want to ask you is it normal for a person to have a upset fear whenever he think about death?

Normally, younger people do not think of death and neither do they fear it because to them, this part of life occurs only in a distant future. The closer you get to that distant future, the more it can preoccupy the persons.
There is one specific protein called Netrin G-1 that controls this fear. When this molecule gets out of hand, then people start to think of death and even panic, like you have done.
When Netrin G-1 is faulty, it may cause panic attacks because the brain will realize that death is unavoidable and people do respond with that fear with anxiety.
I am glad to hear that you have achieved to control your fears.
I presume that it is normal to be a little anxious when you reach a certain age.
