How to tell a guy we should stop talking?

So me and this guy have been talking for awhile now, but he doesn't want a relationship and I do. I can tell he doesn't want a relationship cause he's constantly talking about sex or bringing it up. Well he doesn't talk about it all the time, we do talk about other things.. So I wanna know how to break it off with him cause I'm kinda falling for him and I know he's not ready for a relationship. I don't want to but I know I have too cause I deserve better... Help?

The question from yesterday when I said he calls me "baby" a lot had me thinking that he doesn't want anything more with me than just sex.. So now I need to end it with him today.. Ugh. Thank you, I'll try that
