You can't 'unbreak' someone's heart, but you can help mend it with time and effort. Trust is broken and confidence is destroyed, so the only thing one can do is apologize and show them you're willing to do what you can to help them. Actions speak better than words, so if you want them to be doing better, you need to show them.

Well heart once broken can't be undone, yes you can heal their wounds by comforting words, assuring words and by letting them know that you will be with them, you have work things out and make sure that the person becomes strong again.

you go find them in person hug them and apologize say sorry for your actions, if your love is true and genuine, they will forgive you and give you another chance. Prayer also works too, pray to God and ask for help and forgiveness. Tell Him how you will change.
