You're under 18? I'm not sure how old you are exactly, but you're young. And let me tell you, you will be perfectly fine without him! I know when you're in your teen years you always believe your love will be the only guy you will ever love, and that you will never find any one better. But guess what, you will. Don't stress yourself over someone if they don't want you. You were so upset that you threw up.. It's good you let your emotions out, just make sure it doesn't happen again for the same reason..

Sometimes when you're upset enough and you're going through something so traumatic, things like that can happen. Don't worry about it, just take steps to help yourself feel better. I know what it's like to go through a tough breakup. When my first boyfriend broke up with me, I truly believed that I would never find anyone else and would never be happy again. It was a really difficult time, and it's amazing to me now when I remember how it felt. But I promise it gets better. You will get through this.

Your not pregnant. Its just that when someone freaks out and cry really hard the throat feels like suffocation and the body reacts which makes itself vomit. also if you were prego you would of felt sick after sex after a few mins.

Gagging until you vomit
Eating until you vomit.
Drinking until you vomit..

Take a pregnancy test love!.. If you are not pregnant then,.. It's possible too much emotional trigger can affect your digestive system and metabolism making you hyper and trigger vomiting function..
It's also possible that you ate something weird just before he broke up..

How are you now!.. Like I said too much emotional trigger especially grief can make you throw up.. I have some bad moments of childhood.. If they ever come to my mind after I have just eaten up I do feel like throwing up.. I am good at suppressing them so I never threw up

Crying involves the diaphragm muscle being over utilized. Additionally, mucus runs down your throat and into your belly.
Both things can cause a reaction that make you throw up.

It is not uncommon. I think most people have cried so hard they got sick, at some point or other.

If you're pregnant with his kid... And if this guy is above 18, he's in trouble... Just saying. You actually have a lot of power if you're pregnant with his kid. If you aren't, don't waste a single thought on the guy. Move on. You have a long and hopefully good life ahead of you. Never lose hope.
