Why is my ex boyfriend adding tons of girls on social media?

We just broke up a month ago. He is always posting stories to his Instagram/Snapchat and they are selfies of him after the gym. Also, he is adding a lot of girls too. He would always tell me how i was addicted to social media (likes and attention), yet when we break up, he is doing the same. Is it for him to get validation from other females? That is why we broke up. He was cheating on me and always complimenting/flirting other girls, and they would do the same in return :/

How can i stop feeling jealous and angry about this. It’s like he isn’t even hurt!

Listen girl this jealousy is a common thing it actually happens to me also wheneva i saw my ex with someone else but now he doesn't matter to me... just block him from your life dont check his profile or something that u know can make feel bad and jealous... it just happens for sometime then it will be okay for you
