What does it mean if your boyfriend wants to know your every move?

My boyfriend makes me text him or call him when I leave where ever I am. He does not ever tell me where he is going or when he will return. I even have to text him to let him know I left school or work, times he should already know. I am not sure if he is doing this because he is cheating on me and wants to know what time to be home or have the person leave our apartment together.

When I ask him to text me when he leaves school and stuff so I know what time meet him for lunch he won't even do that. He will text me and be like I am already home, come home for lunch.

I just feel like he is trying to hide something by knowing my every move.

uhh, that's really controlling and unhealthy. What does he do if you don't text or call to let him know where you are? And also, if he's sending you texts like "I'm already home, come home for lunch," that's something else, too. It's like he's ordering you around. I don't think it sounds like he's cheating, I think it sounds like he's a controlling d***.

Now, I think it's normal to text someone you're meeting that you're on your way, but it's not something someone should be enforcing, it's not a necessity..

It means he's really paranoid, and it's not reasonable for him to act this way at all. It could be that he really has got something to hide, or maybe he's had bad luck with relationships in the past, but you really need to talk to him about being a little less clingy.
