How do you know if your girlfriend is cheating on you?

I'm with this girl a long time now and I always get these weird feelings that she has met someone on me and she is lying ! How do I know she hasn't ?

first thing to address is are you always thinking like this? with every girl you have been with

If it's only with her and for no reason what so ever then maybe your sub conscious is picking up on some warning signs your missing. If it's with everyone then well your just in your pattern.

Ask friends what they think of her, but go beyond that at your own perill.

I've been cheated on, you will never know you have been unless you walk in on it... even with video proof people will find ways to make themselves believe it didn't happen. Honestly man there's really nothing to tell you.

In my case the proof I needed just gradually came to me. When I saw she was not working with me in the relationship, that was really all I needed to end it.

Some signs are becoming distant, making excuses to hangout, calls become less or texting lessens, she get's VERY defensive when you ask her about it. Just a few I can think of.
