My ex blocked me, then unblocked me, then blocked me again?

We’re both 26. We broke up in January 2020. He blocked me in May on Instagram. Then I noticed him under my “suggested friends” around October. I didn’t think anything of it. Then I saw he had watched my story on Snapchat about 2 weeks ago, even tho I don’t have him as a friend on Snapchat.

I got annoyed, and changed my privacy settings on Snapchat so he can’t see my stories anymore.

Then a few days ago, since I never use Instagram, I also have my profile on private, I deleted all my photos; even my profile photo. And the same day, he blocked me on Instagram again but didn’t block me on Snapchat.

Why? Why is he doing this? I don’t want him to contact me, but I also can’t block him since we have a kid together; even tho he’s never met his daughter. (These are the directions my lawyer gave me. I can’t block him). But if he doesn’t contact me for a year, we get to charge him with child abandonment. And I get full custody.

What f up laws charging a guy for child abandonment wow so damn childish can you be charging him comes across like you are only doing it out a spite because you got dumped and then he blocked you It wouldn’t even surprise me if you lied and told him you were on birth control so that you could deliberately fall pregnant

remember this you are also punishing your child how you gonna feel if your child grows up and finds out you had their dad charge and your kid ends up hating you because of it especially when here you are saying you don’t want him contacting you that tells me you are stopping him from being able to see his child

I never lied about being on birth control or tried to deliberately get pregnant. We were engaged and we planned having a baby. He walked out a month before I had our baby.

Second of all, I’ve given him a lot of chances to be a dad. I sent him photos of our daughter until he blocked me. I told him when I went into labor and he didn’t care. I tried getting him involved by inviting him to her doctor appts. He does NOT care. Nothing happens to him if he gets charged with child abandonment. The only thing that happens is that I get full custody. That’s what I want. I’ve never blocked him just in case he changed his mind about seeing his daughter.

So how about you shove your assumptions back up your ass where that stick is at too. This isn’t about me being childish. I owned up to being a parent when he pretended to want a baby just to abandon her at the last minute. Where do you get off making assumptions of me? Idiot. The only one punishing my child is him by being a deadbeat. Because I’ve been the only one who’s been there for her. He doesn't WANT HER. So how am I the one whos hurting her? You complete dumb POS.
