Depends on how much children are wanted

If the guy needs to continue his lineage, then yes, he will divorce her no matter how much he loves her (One exception can be surrogacy i guess.)

If the guy wants to be a parent but not necessarily have lineage, then they can simply adopt or go for other alternative routes
