Divorced folks, had your friends given you the cold shoulder when you needed them the most during your divorce?

Maybe your friends bailed out on you when you needed help moving out. Or, they wouldn't lend a shoulder to cry on? Or, maybe they were not forgiving for the smallest mistakes you made because you too focused on your stressful divorce? etc.

That perspective is easy til you’ve been in the friends shoes. The smallest things to you could be one of many small things you’ve already done and they’re just sick of it. Or being a shoulder gets tiresome when they don’t even take your advice over and over or get mad at the opinion they asked for in the first place. 9/10 the person getting divorce was already consumed by the relationship and neglected their friends.
