Why did he block me?

He broke up with me and never contacted me again. I tried to get in contact a few times and he was very cold, so because I didn't want to feel the need to talk to him again since it wasn't good for neither of us i blocked him on whatsapp, and then deleted him on instagram (and removed him from my followers). Couple weeks later noticed he had blocked me on instagram. Why? I mean, he wasn't going to see my stuff ever again and he didn't contact me ever.

Ps. He broke up with me because he said he wanted to move away so it was best for us to be friends. But he did it via text and refused to see each other in person to talk. So, I removed him from my life cause he clearly didn't want to be in it

To make it certain he won't hear from you again, when you block someone you should at the least expect a block back, I really dont know what you thought was gonna happen lol
