I was left unread for 2 months , what should I do?

So my girlfriend and i have been dating for about a year and a half now , about 2 months ago she just stopped texting and didn't even read any of my messages in any platform.
The problem her is that she was staying in another country w her family and i don't know where she lives exactly. I tried yo find any contact information about her or her family but i wasn't able to find anything.
I don't know like is she's dead or alive or even if she gave up on us , it's eating me up and I can't seem to get over this.
Any helpful ways to forget the heartbreak that I'm in?

Lastly sit with someone you're close to and have tell them about your current situation and this will release some stress that you have bottled up

I don't have a lot of friends so i have social anxiety , plus I don't know how to open up to someone if u have any advice on that it would be appreciated. :)

For that I would the most easy thing to would be... becoming a listener, ask people about their problems understand them console them... if you can become a good listener you will definitely will be able to overcome social anxiety...

Yes , we both live in another country , i had contact with her sister but i got blocked.
