Of course. Even if you aren’t going through a breakup, it is normal to feel numb.
Don’t jump into a relationship. Give yourself time to heal. Grieve. Socialize with friends, go out for dinner/lunch, go to the gym or play any sport or just go out for a walk by yourself if you want.
I felt extremely shitty and ate tubs of ice cream when I went through my first breakup. It got better after a while though. Your ex played a significant role in your life, so it is bound to hurt when you lose them. Time can heal almost everything.

Totally normal. It's an awful feeling. It can make a lot of people too scared to get into another relationship, because they fear ever feeling that way again. It's one of the worst feelings.
It would be less normal to feel nothing.
