Have you ever had your heart broken? What did it feel like to you?

Like something sharp literally impaling my heart (don't wanna sound corny) but it's literally how it felt, but my heart was still pumping and my brain pounding and thoughts were loud and til this day I still can't fully grasp/explain how it was now I jus be getting by, would like to see how it was for you people

I find that as I get closer to God, He protects me from things like jealousy and humiliation and guilt and disgrace or loneliness, I still feel desire and longing, but it’s not painful. It’s more like a craving for chocolate when there is no chocolate at home.

Everyone will get heartbroken at some point. For me it usually feels numbing when it happens then it is a delayed swell of hurt. It sucks, but it is something that happens.
