Kinda.
I was an emotionally repressed 34 yr old. Had a real mental block spefically around physical intimacy. A friend tried to set me up with his partners friend. She seemed great, we spoke daily for a few months went out a few times but my mental block clicked in and I could take things further or talk to her about it. As with others before her she walked away not understanding why I wasn't making a move. We didn't speak for 6 months or more until our friends were getting married. We started talking again, meeting up weekly. I had been to therapy and slowly opened up to her. After a few months she fell unexpectedly pregnant and decided our relationship wasn't a priority to her. Shortly after she miscarried. We never really spoke after. She had said some things about custody/access arrangements that I felt were really unfair and not anything I would ever have agreed with. I didn't want to attempt to reconcile at any point after that.

Yes. She was fuming at me, but the next day she texted to say she missed me. What I did, was attempt to understand what she wanted from me and I did whqt she wanted.

I did but a couple years past between the break up and getting back together. I try not to give people false hope bc if it is over, it very well may be over and you don’t want to prevent moving on with your life.
