He moved Into my apartment 2 months ago a week later his child's mother found out he was in a new relationship and that their child has been around me. she filed for a restraining order and accused him of threatening her with a gun and harming their child. he went to court a few weeks ago and has to go to court again in 2 weeks. A week after he went to court the first time we got Into a huge argument and he stayed at his sister house for 3 weeks. When he came back home everything seemed fine. but 3 days later he told me he just wants to be friends because he has a lot going on and we could continue our relationship In 2 months. after he broke up with me he kept leaving out late at night and not coming home until the next morning.
