Guy forgot to remove me?

If a guy isn't getting sex from the girl with whom he wanted to hook up many months ago, why would he still keep her contact info? (he has whatsapp chats with her)

He has tried it again with her but he never asked her out himself and so she didn't either. He stopped replying to her and is now hooking up with other girls.

He never texts her, the girl never texts him and he they dont see each other, talk to each other and he's getting sex from other girls then whats the point of still keeping her?
