Did I get cheated on?

I'd been in my first relationship with this girl for about a year and half before she called it off because it was too chaotic. We both agreed to stay as friends and work on ourselves until we were healthy enough to get back together again. She would give me hope and tell me that she felt as if she wanted me in her future.. all that sweet stuff. And I was buying it and working on things I thought could use work.

Fast forward a month, I find out she has some guy in her ig bio and there's lovey dovey matching song lyric in both their bios. I confronted her and she denied all responsibility and told me it was an "accident" and that it was all about me not him.
I told her to remove it but she declined and went off about how I was controlling her again just like I used to in our relationship and that I don't trust her and whatever.
She blocked me on all platforms shortly afterwards and still has that same bio (so obviously it was NOT for me).
I'm just wondering if this qualifies as cheating? We weren't explicitly in a relationship but she was still leading me on and still making promises and then also lying till the very end. And all this took place within 2 months of the relationship ending..
Did I get cheated on?
