Why is my ex mad & ignoring me?

It's been a year since the breakup (she initiated it) but we agreed to try and be friendly and she's just started acting this way

I’m sort of in this situation after being in a serious relationship l left. The thing is it’s hard to move in if you stay in contact in one way it makes you feel better, bc if you still have feeling like I did then it feels like you don’t loose them completely but it stop you from moving on

She may have realized that doesn’t work and it was best to cut you off. My ex wanted to be friends after we broke up too. But it made me feel like we were still in touch and it was hurtful I think 🤔 it would only work for me if I was no longer attracted to them anymore and did not have feelings.
