My ex boyfriend been posting bad things about me on social media from 2 months ago when we broke up

Today I saw his profile again.. and he decided to delete that post

He either regretted the post and took it down. Or he figured that pursuing someone else with a toxic post on his social media, would hurt his chances. Either way im sorry to hear that happened and I hope you have a better experience next time.

Well I will never tell someone to ever pursue an Ex. Because there's never been a “happy ever after II” story. Most relationships that come to an end. Should really just end. Gaining wisdom from the relationship and moving on is more full filling and healthier than trying to destroy who you are or who they are to try and “make things work”.
Hopefully this doesn't sound hurtful in any way. But its a hard topic.
To make it simple you could say he is over it. But to make things simple can easily make things complicated. Because there's more to every story than what you see and hear.

Afterall, i can't speak for him. But i can say that there's never a good reason to get back together. Even if there's a kid involved. But that brings on a whole list of other problems that don't need to be covered in the post haha.
