Why do the dumpers change behaviour after breakup?

So it's been just about 14 days since she broke up with me. We live in different countries which have 3.5 hours difference. However, when we were together, she would usually say she was going to bed around 10 pm UK time max (1:30 am in her country).
Since she broke up with me, she is now online two days late at night which is 23:30 UK time (nearly 03:00 am in her country) which is unusual.
Is it that she is also having sleepless nights, or trying to feel relieved by new entertainment?
I mean how common is it for them to act in a way which they haven't with you?

So you reckon she is slowly regretting it? But she ended on 27th November, and I texted her a final approach on 6th December. So it's been like 5 days since I last texted her.
