• She's literally going to a guy friends bday party out drinking with other single guys and wasn't going to tell me, went out drinking last weekend and was all over me, went out after that and I wasn't invited. also she adds other men on social media non stop and has grown more distant. She reaches out to see how I am or when she needs help it's making me really depressed because I want her back. This started from a breakup where I got upset she was with a close guy friend and essentially left me hanging for hours and told her I didn't want to see her that night and drove off. She said we were done I talked to someone else in our time apart whom told her and sent screenshots of our conversations (because she saw her relationship status was up)

You are still using this social media at age 31? Why do you even bother to look her up in this social media? Would it not be wiser to just refrain from watching her every move?

Distance yourself from her and forget about her. By stalking her on social media, you only make your life more miserable and you don't allow yourself to forget the past. Draw a line over your relationship and concentrate on the future rather than to reminisce about the past. That does not bring you anything but sorrow and pain.

She is clearly not mature enough and seems to want to make sure that you are missing something by constantly contacting you. Just tell her that you have moved on and that she should do the same and forget about you.
