Not in and of itself. Call her on it, and ask her to explain- then justify- it. If she can, does she realize that sexist ad hominem attacks are bad and apologize? If so, she's cool- forgive and move on. If not, then you've got a problem.

Women aren't held to the same standards of accountability that men are, but that doesn't mean they're incapable of it. Show her that what she says and does matters to you, and at least give her a chance to make it right.
