Restraining orders aren't placed on victims. They are in place to protect the victims from harassment or potential danger. If you don't want a restraining order placed on you, make sure you don't harass or endanger others. Temporary restraining orders can be placed on innocent victims, but proof needs to be presented to the judge to extend beyond a temporary order.
