Have you ever placed a restraining order on someone?

This girl I know had one placed on her after sabotaging this man wife character, stalking her, and having other people watching her. These events started occurring after discovering he was married. She was passing rumors about this guy wife and also stopping other people from talking to her. She made the wife look so dirty and made herself look innocent. Believe it or not we knew for 14 years she was repeatedly told by the guy that he didn’t want her. He never really interacted with her, and I seen him personally cuss her out. He went months without speaking to her and that didn’t work. She started basically buying him things such as clothes, shoes, and etc. his mama said they been putting up with her for 14 years, but kept their life separate from her. They only did it because they think she had a mental health issue. She found out he was married and she went crazy. He went to the courthouse and finally got a restraining order. It was discovered that she did other people like this as well.
