Three things: time, acceptance and keeping things in perspective. You must be willing to accept that it’s over rather than find excuses to go back, like making light of the bad, telling yourself things will change this time and whatever else.


Next is time. You didn’t fall for him overnight (unless you did), so you can’t expect to get over him so quickly.
