Yes, I’d say that’s normal. Grief and depression following a break up is pretty normal. Don’t get stuck in your head about it though. Don’t worry, you’ll get back on your feet eventually. For now, just grieve the relationship and focus on moving on.
Absolutely, healing after a breakup can be a long process. Don’t try to rush to the end because it’ll prevent you from understanding yourself better and growing as a person for your next relationship so you don’t go through the same issues.
