Would you find suspicious a married man posting this photo on his social media account?

When the lady in the photo is not even his wife? and the guy in his social media account personal information status, he wrote "single" and the guy keep attending his wife family gatherings as if he still is married, of course the family does not know he may be separated and the wife has not told either about it to the family. Why the hell?

and if his wife is aware that they want to divorce or separate, i don't see the problem. i think his wife would know unless she's totally oblivious to his social media, which only then it would be wrong

the whole family doesn't need to know asap. it's a pretty personal thing to let family know because there will be tons of questions and judgement

well i'm assuming they were married for a super long time so those people are still an important part of his life

If they are apart now they are not still even legally divorced maybe just separate as this is jut might had happened recently. I mean many years ago, the husband had social media and so does the wife and they both usually posted photos of the two of them together wil always love messages and blah blah blah, for like 2 years from now, the wife no longer has a FB account but the husband still had his. Of course that is no sign of trouble. But lately this year, their behavior feels fishy. The guy no longer has photos of him and his wife together on his account, then on his relationship status now it says "single" and as far as the family is concerned they are still together. Then for like some months until now when there are family events like birthdays etc, they no longer come as one to the get together, they come separately and also they leave separately with the excuse of the guy has to work later that day so he leaves first. Then today I found taht pic on his FB story status. Like I said the wife since 2 years ago no longer has a FB account. The last photo of them together on social media was back on April but on the guys account. Then on IG they both have accounts but separately and private. Also on Whatassp the wife had started to post selfies (the dumb mirror ones) . No longer photos of her and his husband togehter or anythign related to her husband. She dated her husband for 7 years and then they got married almost 4 years ago.
I mean if they are no longer together why the farse of making hte family believe they are still together and if they are separated indeed why the heck the guy keep attending family get togethers cause he no longer is part of the family.
