He might not be flirting with you he might be actually saying that because he thinks it. You can ask him to leave you alone and block him though... I mean really he could just be honestly saying that.

Has he made any sexual comments? Has he asked you out or anything? He MIGHT be flirting with you or he might not. You could be jumping to the wrong conclusion though
