How to breakup up with someone who pretends to love you?

I want to know what I need to say not just leave and have him question me. I want him to know that I know he doesn’t care and I won’t stay where I am not loved. But he won’t admit that he doesn’t love me-actually he gets mad if I ask him does he still love me even though I see the signs that he doesn't. What do I say

Lack of affection
Being careless making rude jokes and saying I’m too sensitive
Doesn’t take me out
Always needs something but doesn’t reciprocate
Only calls at night (but his excuse is that he works two jobs)
Won’t even buy me flowers for Valentine’s Day or anything at all
Has made threatening remarks about how he feels if we had a child together
Doesn’t believe in marriage even though he was married before
Yells and curses during arguements
Doesn’t make me feel safe or like I can be myself
Honestly I felt so safe with him in the beginning because we were friends but it became horrible and he just started acting like I annoy him and when I want to leave before he act like he will change but I don’t believe it anymore
