I'm sure you do, but that's why he's your ex! He's a douchebag!
Thanks! ❤ Would have responded earlier but I had to go into work.
Thanks for MHG!

What are the things in life that we all go through is we have to experience something to understand it
We only know what we know
It's like arithmetic some people only know addition and subtraction
Because as far as they have experienced it there are people who know addition subtraction multiplication division because that's where they have experienced it to
Then there's people who know all the above and trig and that's because that's where they have experienced it to
Love is the same way we only know what we know we only know what we have experienced
And maybe he was a douchebag because he got scared of those feelings to the level that you were taking him
And where you were saying I want more I want more I want to go to that next level I want that new experience
But when guys start feeling that they start panicking and they got a bail out and it really kind of sucks because becoming one with somebody is the most beautiful experience you're ever going to feel in this world
You can be one with yourself one with others and one with his universe it is the most powerful thing you will ever feel it is the most beautiful clearest vision you'll ever see
But we all only know what we know
And everything happens for a reason I mean for whatever his reason was whatever your reason is maybe this was supposed to happen to make you want more to understand things deeper better so you can go after them and go for those experiences life is a journey life is an experience life is unconditional love you have to thank him for whatever he brought to the table because it did bring you something good out of it and the yearning for more.
I'm tempted to ask why mine from China wasted so little time finding someone new, once she knew that her family and country were cracking down on interracial marriage, and knew staying with me would be a challenge. But I re-read her old messages, and I realize that she was trying to love a man she barely understood. And that she had life struggles that I could barely understand. Not being able to be with her in person, there were realities that I couldn't reconcile with. So while it still hurts to have lost her, I grew to accept over time that she's better off with him. He was able to provide what she needed. For all my desire to do the same, I simply couldn't deliver. But by letting them be happy, I can achieve my goal of her happiness by proxy.
I sometimes wonder if she misses me as much as I do her. But in the end, I realize it doesn't matter. Her daughter needs her more now than I ever did.
I can't speak for your ex and his sense of priorities. But I'll tell you this: clinging to the past in jealousy won't help you. If he can't fathom what he lost when he lost you, he doesn't deserve you.
I don't fault my Chinese ex for leaving me. She wasn't given much of a choice, and I couldn't give her a good enough reason to resist the social pressure she was under. I blame Pooh. But in the end, it doesn't matter. She's where she needs to be. And I'm where I need to be, even if I don't understand how.
Obviously, he's not as bright as you gave him credit for. I am sure once he thinks about it, he'll regret his choice.
No worries something better is on the way. Sometimes, life throws us curve balls for a reason.
Because life isn't fair relationships are impossible and if it wasn't being called the end it would have not been probably toxic and want to keep going until it still reached that point eventually. Put two people together long enough shit gets stirred and toxicity breeds.
No only Toxic people make relationships toxic. No body is perfect. And yes I am well aware that life isn't fair but it's also I think mostly because people MAKE it unfair. This was a long time ago by the way so I'd appreciate it if I didn't get any further answers here thanks. He was a douchebag let's just leave it at that. He/that relationship traumatized me and angered me so much that I almost did some illegal things if I just allowed my emotions to take over completely.
@SimplyPut you can do that here? How?
You can disavow it. It doesn't actually archive but turns it anonymous. It removes it from your profile page as a question you asked and removes any notifications from it. You basically release ownership and responsibility of it. Go to question and click the three dots at top right and it should pull the option to disavow up.
It is really sad when this happens. I am sorry that you are going through this
Thanks. If they can do this to me, then they weren't as good of a person as I thought. Some people's standards are astronomically high 😞 hypocritically considering THEIR plight in THEIR life lol.
Hopefully so. I really thought he was the one. I do love myself and I want to survive and be happy and healthy again. That's all that truly matters in this world. But yes, aside from relationships that are supportive. I'm glad I got my parents and dog for starters. If it's still in the cards for me to get married and have a family, then cool, if not, then hey, at least I tried.
