I was dating someone who lead me on for from May 2022 till December and was mentally abusing me from the beginning till the end as he was ignoring, tonewalling and lying to me saying we will talk etc to fix things when id call him out, but he would never put any effort or give me the bare minimum. After I thought I was pregnant, he basically lost interest in me and changed since. He was holding on to me on the side for my attention, the love I gave him, care I showered him with and the ego boost i gave but it was always about him and he didn't care for me AT ALL. . He lied to me saying we will get married etc and have kids together in the beginning as I was serious about marriage as I wasn't messing around and he gave me false hope of that of us being togeher. Whilst he was in my life he was never there for me. He would breadcrumb me and, tell me that we will meet and sort things out. He ruined my life in the process with his lies. When he tried to leave me in December. We eneded up seeing each other in January and I told him the truth "you hurt me" he didn't like that so he chucked a temper tantrum and made me cry telling me his gonna meet other girls etc and I'll meet other people. THEN I FOUND OUT HE WAS SEEING ANOTHER GIRL ALL THE WHILST I WAS THERE FOR HIM & BEHIND MY BACK and he wanted her. HE TOLD ME THE TRUTH IN THE END that they kissed and he wanted her not me but he only told me the truth as he got rejected by that girl as he was cheating on her partner of 9years. I cried for days when I found out I FELT STABBED IN THE BACK. TO make it worse he said I was never his girlfriend he didn't ask me to be but then he said to me he told his brother about me etc. For months this stuff broke me the lies the fact he didn't keep to his words and betrayed my trust. I left him at the end after in may 2023. when I found out the truth I didn't stay as he isn't a faithful individual but he crushed my soul and he deceived me but how Do I RECOVER. HE TRAUMATISED ME.

I know this won't mean much but I'm so so so sorry this has happened to you. That you met and fell in love with such a lying, two faced sneaky prick! You don't deserve to be treated that way whatsoever. What have you being doing to mind yourself through such a difficult time? X
You know when people say to move on but it's easier said then done. You invested so much time and energy into this person and for him to emotional abuse you like that is absolutely horrible. I hope he gets karma. I just had a similar situation happen two days ago and I'd love to go and throw eggs at his house 😉
Have friend who take care of yours n make yourself busy. You have friends?
Sorry but that's shite advice and quote judgmental asking if she has friends in such a way. People have feelings and this woman has been through enough without you pitting her down even more.
