That sounds wise to me. People do not really change all that much at one time... I mean people do change a lot through the course of their life... but it takes a conservative effort to do so in a matter of months if not years, and therefore I say again, they do not really change all that much at once.

They might be about to improve upon themselves or hide it better or handle it better over a short period of time... but eventually at some point in time they will revert back to or relapse to who they really are.
