Why do my husband take it out on the kids when he's mad at me?

I decided to separate from my husband... and I told him I want a divorce. He's emotionally abusive and flirts with woman online. Now he's taking it out on the kids... he haven't talk to them in two weeks and haven't seen them in a month. I sent him a text this morning asking for help with food and pampers... no reply.

Because you left, he can't really abuse you anymore, so he does the next best thing to make your life miserable, which is be an asshole to the kids. Classy!

Next time he asks to see his kids, send him one text - "help pay for them" and don't reply again till he e-transfers you money. Bloody deadbeat.

Sadly, most men make lousy fathers. You would be better off cutting him out of your life completely. The kids deserve better.
