Wife suddenly wants divorce, what should I do?

Married two years.

Two nights ago she presented me with divorce papers. In the papers the divorce is a no-fault divorce and her lawyer drew up a condition that she has to pay me damages in exchange for me not suing.

She acted apologetic and said it's best for me.

What should I do?

Honestly, maintain your emotional state let her go. Everytime I have tried to figure out what happened and try to get them agree to stay and work with things out, it just made it worse, they have made up their mind long before the take action.
