WTF!!! I mean, what do people want from us? We treat them respectfully, have a great time together, say you love each other every day, everything seems fine, then WHAM! They break up with you even though you treated them great and thought you guys were happy. What could have happened?

nope, nothing so abrupt like that...

when previous relationships that I had, came to an end... it was by mutual decision and even some planning, sure all the love and many other great things were there... but also, we were not exactly focused in the same goals towards the future...

Sometimes you’re just not compatible. You can treat them however you’d like but at the end of the day, you may not be a right fit for them. That doesn’t mean that there’s anything wrong with you or them, just that you’re not a good match. It’s a hard pill to swallow but that’s life. Some things don’t have to have a “good enough” reason.

yes. I dated somebody for about 4 months. I really loved this girl. It was nuts. Then she decided to go back with her old boyfriend. it was tough to deal with.

So, first of all, the main thing you need to understand that a man isn't going to necessarily stay with you just because you treat him well.
Because it's not about you.
It's about him.

If he's a bad person, how you act towards him is irrelevant. If he's getting sex, he doesn't care. At all.
