Me and my boyfriend at the beginning of the relationship will get into arguments but would never go a day without talking to each other. Sometimes we would break up and still never go a day without talking to each other. As of last month, if we would get into arguments my boyfriend would be okay with hanging up and not calling me back and yesterday he told me it was over again and its been a whole day and have not heard from him. What do you guys think is going on? Do you think it’s because of another girl?

No, most likely it’s not another girl. He’s getting tired of you. Questioning, thinking whether he still wants to be in this situation w you. This is not a healthy relationship. Does one person tend to start these arguments more than the other? Maybe you? Maybe you keep pushing things when he doesn’t want to talk about it or he says I’m done.
