So my boyfriend cheated, I broke up and blocked him. I didn't listen to his excuses nor his requests for a 2nd chance.

The following day (exactly 24 hours after the break-up), I slept with my former supervisor. Is that also cheating or not?

Technically, no, if you're officially broken up it's not cheating. But honestly, it can still feel like a betrayal, especially if things were messy or feelings are still raw. It's best to be upfront about what you want and how you're feeling to avoid any hurt feelings.

It's not cheating if you already broke up, but I'm sure the reason it feels like that to you is because in your heart you're still attached to him, even though he wronged you. You probably did it for the same reason a lot of people do but especially women, to try to "get over someone by getting under someone else." Is it a good thing? Nah.
