Have you ever told them to just go? - maybe get fucked! (Expletives added ). Do you avoid seeing them again?
I think as life goes on to a certain age , you don't tend to cry in such situation , its no point holding onto something that is obviously not working..
A divorce is highly stressful , but more so for financials , especially if you are the main earner , but in life these things happen , and some relationship is rarely euphoria , its just a picture some try to believe , more likely they don't like the adaptation involved in change.
Its pretty easy to understand its for the best , if its come to this.

I've only had one breakup, but that was the only girlfriend I've had. We were together for a good bit of time and we lived together for about six months, until she decided to ghost me out of the blue with no warning or explanation. That was about six months ago. I want to cry about it pretty often, it's like there's a huge buildup of pressure in my head and behind my eyes, but I'm never able to even when I try. I feel like it would help me a lot, but I just can't.
On and off for a week after my divorce... on and off for a week when I saw the lawyer's fees for the divorce... (I cried way more throughout my marriage, so that wasn't anything.)

I've never cried because of a break up. One was a mutual breakup and the other I was just happy to get rid of her.
