How often do you cry or when was the last time you cried?

I very rarely cry. Last sad cry my very best friend from childhood passed away unexpectedly a couple days after my birthday last year. Before that I can't remember.

The last time I happy cried was actually today. This is silly but my childhood job dream was to work for the biggest masonry company in my state... I have some mental issues that keep me from being able to get a job there... All my life I have been self employed for that reason. Well today one of the owners of that company showed up on the job I'm working. We talked and he asked if I ever worked for Mcgee bros his company. I told him no it was my dream growing up but I'm to much of a liability for his company to hire me and explained why. I told him "so I do my own thing". He said young man "the job you are doing right now I bid on also, i personally know the client, that's why im here today, however, they gave the job to you, not my company." He shook my hand and offered me a job at mcgee bros. I turned it down cause well I do my own thing. As he walked away and I went back to work I had to stop and wipe my eyes not goin to lie. I'm a bit embarrassed to share this, but I feel like it's to much a coincidence it happened the same day you asked this question. Plus I'm so proud of myself why not share. My weaknesses, are also my strengths! Today is proof. Cry isn't always bad

It’s not at all a weakness to cry. It’s a sign you are alive and healthy. One time I couldn’t cry for months and it was horrible. It’s so much better to have healthy emotional expression rather than repressing it.

I have not cried in the longest time. Probably one of the few people who feels as though they don’t cry enough. I have just never really grown to express my emotions in such a way. Slowly starting to realize holding everything in is far from the healthiest solution.

It takes a lot for me to cry. But the other day I was listening to the Bee Gees song "I started a joke" while looking at my late boyfriends picture I keep near where I sleep, and tears welded up in my eyes. So sad.😔

I do not cry very often. I cried when my youngest son graduated from college. I saw all three of my kids together with their friends and they all looked so happy. I had to hide in the bathroom for a while so nobody saw me.

I don’t cry often, not cause of I’m heartless, but because I’ve learned to turn my pain into strength..

But when I do cry, it’s never out of weakness, it’s when emotions overflow , when love, loss, or truth hit deeper than words can hold..

My tears aren’t for pity, they r a quiet reminder that behind calmness, there’s a heart that feels deeply, heals slowly, yet still chooses to love n rise again.. 😊
