whenever im sad or angry. perhaps once a month at the most. crying is therapy cause it helps you breathe a little and it secretes the dirt out of your eyes so you can see clear again and have more oxygen in your brain to think clearly about what happened. sometimes if ypur really sad and youve cried, your head hurts so much afterwards and distracts the pain to your head for a while. thats why i think you need to cry as much as you can. like stay at home and cry all day cause you're going to get better. its medicine

A few times if the window isn't rolled down and i smoke a cigarette. Or if i watch a funny movie with a good ending i try to keep it in but I'm comfortable with my feelings. I smile. But yeah mostly cigarettes and if i blink my eyes too quick and a lot.

Rarely but that happens at any moment though it doesn't happen much but um, it happens when I'm really overwhelmed with anger even though I am rarely seen losing my temper and lashing out aggressively.
