Sort of rarely. Last time I did was bout a month ago when watching this scene, Boromir's Death in Lord of the Rings. He redeemed his honor, fought and died bravely.

Eh, about once every two months & not even always over negativity. Sometimes I get so into a story or touching moment I cry a little in happiness, it's cathartic.

The hardest I ever cried was when I held a dying cat of mine, Tahoy & he faded in front of me.. full on sobbing & yelling was had that night!

Crying can be very therapeutic, and whenever I'm feeling lonely or if I'm just having a shitty day, I cry. I cry a lot and people in my old school used to call me 'crybaby' not proud of it at all, but I'm very emotional and sensitive. Im working on trying to control my emotions better
