I don't know, at least twice a year. Once shortly before tax season and then again when I see my family together on Thanksgiving.

Not very often. I believe the last time I cried was on my friend's birthday who passed away a couple of months ago. The last time I cried in front of anyone was when I was maybe 16 and my dog died.
