How often do you cry?

I cry a lot, and it relieves me especially if i’m going through a hard time. I was wondering how often others cry and when is it too much or too little? If you don’t cry how do you cope with overwhelming emotions?

Maybe once every 6 months now last time was a few weeks ago I managed to have a lucid dream and I really wanted to see my late dog wider again so I played with him like the old days and rubbed his tummy in the way he liked on my bed till it was time for me to wake up then I let him jump off the bed I wanted to keep him on there and keep hugging him but it was time to let go

As often as I lose people that I love I suppose. That doesn't happen often.

I rarely cry, and i wonder if I still can be able to cry or not. I just feel i more heartless in times.
