How to handle a break up?

I was in a relationship for about a month with a manchild. He’s unemployed, lives at home, the list goes on. Thanks to all the people here for making me realize he’s a loser and I could do much better. He was not a good person and I was wearing rose colored glasses not wanting to see it.

I broke up with him a week ago. It does hurt because I did have feelings for him. One of his cars he was given from an inheritance is still in my garage. He hasn’t responded to my texts about picking it up. I was giving him time. Well now things have changed. I just found out that he cheated on me while we were together. I’m not thinking clearly at the moment and want to have my own Carrie Underwood moment.

How do I get his car out of my garage? I went from being sad and mourning the relationship to a very angry lady at the moment.

May I know, why you had feelings for him?

As someone that tried to do his best in a relationship and the girl moved on like we never been in a relationship.( she isn’t a bad person or ever meant to hurt me)

I always wonder when I see women who mourn a relationship with a person who is unemployed and cheats or any kind where the man doesn’t try to make it work.

I genuine want to know what did these men do to make these women at least mourn their break up?

The car is locked, all I can maybe do is tow it, but the clicker for my garage door is still inside his car. I was hoping he’d pick it up quickly (it’s a Corvette).

I mourn the relationship because I built up a picture in my head of who I wanted him to be, not who he actually was. I wanted him to change and be a better person. Knowing that he cheated has caught me off guard at the moment. I have a feeling my “mourning” period will be ending shortly.

I don’t know the law where you live but can’t you contact a governmental institution to deal with car?
My ex built up a picture in her head too, but she moved on like it never happened. Everyday I realize that women care for men who don’t love them.
I will give you an advice, In the future when you date again.
Don’t date someone who cares and think it’s nice then lose interest.
Ask yourself from the beginning, do I need this? Do I want it? Am I using him? Should I get rid of him while it’s still early?

I’ve. never really had a guy who truly cared for me. I’ve been used in every relationship I’ve ever been in. I allowed it to happen. I’m just gonna stay single.

Don’t take as either this or that.
Don’t look for a relationship, a relationship would find you.

Call your local police and report it as an abandoned vehicle. They can tell you what the local procedures are for this situation.

I can’t, but trust me when I say I really want to. On top of everything else, this guy is a registered sex offender (he didn’t tell me he was when we were together) and he just got out of jail for violence against a police officer (another secret). He’s a winner! I’m trying to figure out how to get him to pick his car up in a civilized way before I key it.

Call one of his family member or call/text him using a different number and tell him if he doesn’t come to get it, you’ll call the police to come pick it
