Do you think it's true that if you miss someone, they are missing you too?

I think so, but to a degree. I believe this because energy is so powerful and how even when you walk in a room of negative or positive emotions you can feel the energy without anyone even saying a word. If this type of energy exchange is possible, why wouldn’t it be possible on other levels?

Maybe they do miss you, maybe they don’t, but I believe with constant thoughts of someone, especially thoughts that won’t go away, you have to be sending an energy towards that person in some way shape or form. I know for pretty much any person I started thinking about and couldn’t stop thinking about, I reached out to them and they said they were thinking about me recently as well. Just some energy exchange.

Depending on the situation if we’re talking about a break up in a relationship or situation ship no not really
On the other hand I used to think that a cardinal the bird symbolizes a loved one that died is thinking of you through death and I would always say hated that person

No. Because one person might miss the other more or have stronger feelings, etc. Some people are capable of walking away from others at the drop of a hat and being completely unphased by it. 🤷🏻‍♀️
